Chronic Pain
Relieve your chronic pain naturally
A gentle, personalized osteopathic approach for lasting well-being.
Chronic pain research and treatment have evolved significantly in recent years, revealing that persistent pain is rarely the result of a single tissue or structural issue. Today, effective care takes into account the complex interaction between the body, the nervous system, stress, past injuries, and lived experience. As a manual therapist, my role has naturally become more holistic: beyond hands-on treatment, I focus on understanding how your body adapts, protects itself, and maintains pain over time. Through a gentle, individualized osteopathic approach, I work with the body and nervous system to restore safety, mobility, and regulation—creating the conditions for meaningful and lasting relief.

Welcome, my name is Jean-Félix, and I have been practicing osteopathy for nearly 10 years. You can book an appointment by clicking below, or scroll down to discover my approach.
Pain is already difficult to understand. When it becomes chronic, it often shifts into a different territory. It may have started with tissue wear, an accident, repeated movements, or prolonged stress—but over time, the pain persists despite multiple approaches such as conventional medicine, chiropractic care, physiotherapy, or acupuncture.
This persistence often suggests that the issue is no longer limited to a single structure or injury. Instead, it reflects a broader imbalance in how the body—and more specifically the autonomic nervous system—processes, protects against, and maintains pain.
The autonomic nervous system governs everything you do not consciously control: sleep, digestion, stress adaptation, tissue tone, and recovery. When this system remains in a state of alert or protection, pain can become ingrained. For the body to regain its natural capacity for regulation, it sometimes needs the right conditions to feel safe again.
This is where my osteopathic approach comes in. It is both global and precise, focused on restoring mobility, reducing unnecessary protective tension, and supporting nervous system regulation. Through gentle hands-on work, attentive listening, and, when appropriate, targeted exercises, we build a clear and respectful plan together—at your pace—to help you better live with your pain, and gradually ease it.
