Does your pain persist despite treatment?
The problem may no longer be purely mechanical.
I help you work on both the body’s structure and the regulation of the nervous system to break the cycle of persistent pain.
Appointments are limited each week in order to provide personalized care and follow-up.
This might sound familiar if:
Your pain has lasted for more than 3 months
Treatments help… but only temporarily
Your medical tests are normal, yet the pain continues
Stress, fatigue, or sleep affect your symptoms
The pain varies or moves to different areas
You’ve tried everything… yet the pain keeps coming back.
When these signs are present, the nervous system may have become hypersensitive.
And when that happens, the approach needs to change.
What my patients are saying:

Pain is a protective signal.
But sometimes the nervous system remains activated even when there is no longer a real threat.
It’s like an alarm that keeps ringing even after the fire is out.
Continuing to look only for a “mechanical problem” is not always enough.
Instead, the approach needs to include:
• Working with the real tensions and physical restrictions in the body
• Gradually calming the nervous system
• Helping the body regain a sense of safety
If you recognize yourself in this description, it may be time to explore a different approach.
Why does pain sometimes persist?
